As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible for generating fresh business prospects for us on a daily basis by:
1. Collaborating closely with the lead generation team and evaluating potential clients.
2. Crafting content for outreach campaigns.
3. Executing outreach campaigns.
4. Taking charge of communication with outbound leads.
5. Converting leads into demo or trial opportunities.
6. Streamlining the sales funnel for optimal performance.
7. Assessing inbound inquiries for qualification.
8. Managing the company’s HubSpot platform.
9. Defining the ideal customer profile (ICP) for the company.
10. Devising innovative strategies to attract potential clients.
11. Conducting sales data analysis and utilizing spreadsheets to enhance decision-making processes.
Requirement
1. Minimum 3 years of successful B2B IT sales experience and familiarity with start-up environment
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
4. Proficient in HubSpot CRM and quick to adapt to new tools
5. Strong focus on data-driven decision making
6. Willingness to generate and test new ideas for identifying business prospects
7. Possess a can-do attitude and persistence
8. Demonstrated leadership skills
9. Availability to work within the San Francisco time zone, from 9 am to 6 pm.
